Jessica Canty, a Marin County native and a 34-year residential real estate industry veteran, represents buyers and sellers in a wide variety of real estate transactions. Jessica specializes in residential sales, permit expediting, and construction project management in Marin County, California.

Your Partner in Design & Strategy

Before getting into real estate, Jessica ran her father’s 50-man architectural and interior design firm, Tardy and Associates, Architects, Inc.; co-owned a construction company with her husband, Steve Canty; worked as a land use planner and authored environmental impact reports for The Keith Companies; and developed and built many homes in Marin from the ground up, both for herself and clients. Jessica will use both her architectural and design experience to recommend cosmetic improvements or staging to achieve the highest rate of return, as well as her strategic negotiating skills to obtain the best results for her discerning clientele.

Permit Expediter, Construction Project Management

Our unique company wears many hats, and one of them is collaborating with Marin Design Build General Contractors, who develop, design, and build high-end homes throughout Marin and San Francisco. Jessica's knowledge and years of experience in design and development, land use planning, permit expediting, and project management greatly benefit her clients seeking cosmetic remodels to achieve top dollar for their property. Utilize Jessica’s intimate knowledge and experience with Marin’s various planning and building departments to add a custom or prefab detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) or attached Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) to your property.
