Before getting into real estate, Jessica ran her father’s 50-man architectural and interior design firm, Tardy and Associates, Architects, Inc; co-owned a construction company with her husband, Steve Canty; worked as a Land Use Planner and authored environmental impact reports for The Keith Companies, as well as developed and built many homes in Marin from the ground up, both for herself and clients. Jessica will use both her architectural and design experience to recommend cosmetic improvements or staging to achieve the highest rate of return, as well as her strategic negotiating skills to obtain the best results for her discerning clientele.
